Weekly Photo Challenge: Changing Seasons

We only have two seasons where we live, i.e. dry and wet. But the two can also be split to cold and dry, hot and dry, hot and wet and cold and wet. Right now we should be entering the cold and dry “season” but a super-typhoon just ravaged the southern part of the country which doesn’t normally get such things during the year and especially not in December!!

How do we note the changing seasons? One way the old folks did it were to watch and feel the winds that blew at this time of the year. If it was cold then it meant the season was changing. For most of the  younger folk, you’ll know Christmas is near when the carols, parol (native Christmas lantern) and Christmas trees start appearing along the roads, in the malls and on the houses.

So, here are my photos for this week’s Photo Challenge: Changing Seasons
